The Throat chakra or Vishuddha is located right in the throat near the thyroid gland. It helps us express ourselves and communicate with the others. While balanced throat chakra makes us honest and powerful, imbalance in throat chakra can lead to difficulties in self expression, speaking truth and thyroid gland malfunction. The balance can be restored with chakra tuning.

To keep our spiritual growth we must remember, that we exist on the multiple levels, so it is important to keep our spiritual and physical body in balance. Listening to chakra tones adjusts spiritual body by balancing its energy levels, affecting physical body. It is recommended to listen on soft levels while meditating or relaxing in a comfortable position. Open yourself to the sound, letting it flow through you and fill you with energy, connecting you with the Universe!
