Sacral chakra, also known as Svadhistana, is located just below the navel. It is the second chakra of the spiritual body and it's responsible for creativity, sexuality, pleasure, charisma, social interactions and emotions. An imbalance in sacral chakra can cause depression, frustration, alcohol or drug addiction, intimate issues, eating disorder and feeling of separation.
To keep our spiritual growth we must remember, that we exist on the multiple levels, so it is important to keep our spiritual and physical body in balance. Listening to chakra tones adjusts spiritual body by balancing its energy levels, affecting physical body. It is recommended to listen on soft levels while meditating or relaxing in a comfortable position. Open yourself to the sound, letting it flow through you and fill you with energy, connecting you with the Universe!

- While most of the time audio therapy provides positive effects, each person is individual and in some cases sensitive people can experience anxiety, headaches and nausea. If you experience discomfort while listening - you should immediately stop!
