Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the foundation of our physical and spiritual bodies. It is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is responsible for survival instincts, vitality, desire. It also generates emotions such as anger, greed and jealousy. If there is an imbalance in root chakra it may lead to selfishness, irresponsibility, obsessions, lack of energy and a loss of interest in real world.
To keep our spiritual growth we must remember, that we exist on the physical level as well, so it is important to stay grounded and keep our physical body safe and sound. Listening to chakra tones helps you keep your spiritual body healthy by balancing its energy levels, affecting physical body. It is recommended to listen on soft levels while meditating or relaxing in a comfortable position.
Open yourself to the sound, letting it flow through you and fill you with energy, connecting you with the Universe!
